Dr. Ivan Anderson trained and continues to work as a GP in Surrey having graduated from Cardiff University School of Medicine in 2015 following an honours degree in Biochemistry from the University of Bristol. Before training as a General Practitioner, Dr. Anderson worked as a doctor in New Zealand.<\/p>\n
Dr. Anderson is a certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician through the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine (BSLM) and takes a holistic approach to preventing disease, with a particular interest in health creation. Lifestyle Medicine training includes evidenced-based incorporation of important factors such as physical activity, nutrition and sleep into an individual\u2019s overall wellbeing. As a coach with additional training in behavioural change, he enjoys working with people to reach their unique health goals.<\/p>\n
Dr. Anderson\u2019s rugby and rowing days are now over but he continues to run and particularly enjoys walking in the Scottish Highlands. He has a passion for photography and is an active member of his local camera club.
