Dr. Maria Karakoulaki studied Medicine at the prestigious Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich (LMU), and at Cornell University, NY, USA. She then specialised in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Munich and Athens. She is both German (Facharzt) and Greek board certified. Following her passion to deeply comprehend and research hormonal changes in a woman’s life, from childhood to menopause, Dr. Maria completed her 2- years Master in Science, in “Gynaecologic Endocrinology” from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
After intensively working as an obstetrician and general gynaecologist conducting thousands of deliveries over the years, she carries profound knowledge and experience in understanding problems women face after childbirth but also during every stage of their life.
