Yes – one of the biggest benefits of DÉCAAR is that it’s designed to work with the skin, not against it. Many clients with sensitive, reactive, or inflamed skin can tolerate the Algae Peel well, but we’ll always assess your skin and tailor your treatment.
You’ll see improvements from just one treatment, but for best results – especially for concerns like acne or pigmentation – we often recommend a course of 3–6 sessions, spaced a few weeks apart.
Absolutely. Many of our clients combine their peel with Dermalux LED Light Therapy for even more enhanced results. Your therapist will create a bespoke plan based on your skin goals.
We recommend a skin consultation before your first peel. Some clients benefit from a prep routine using homecare products to strengthen the skin barrier before treatment. We’ll guide you based on your skin.
The Biological Algae Peel Facial can be suitable during pregnancy depending on your skin condition and medical history. The Deep Phyto Peel is not recommended during pregnancy. Always consult with your therapist beforehand.
DÉCAAR treatments are initially sold as a course of three sessions, for £500, spaced approximately 10–14 days apart. This package includes an Oxygen At-Home Kit, which provides all the homecare needed throughout the course.
For optimal results, we perform each treatment using both the Algae Peel and the Phyto Peel together, ensuring the best possible outcome.
Once you’ve completed the initial course of three treatments with homecare, you can choose to continue with single maintenance sessions, priced at £170 per session.
Please note: the Oxygen At-Home Kit is not included with maintenance sessions.
